1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the Fair Cultures website and all associated events organized by Fair Cultures (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our").

6. Ticket Purchases and Attendance

7. Right of Admission

7.1. Fair Cultures reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any attendee from our events at our sole discretion. In such cases where Fair Cultures exercises this right (not due to attendee misconduct), we will reimburse the ticket price to the original purchaser. 8. Refunding and Cancellation Policy

8.1. All tickets for Fair Cultures Events are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another person for use at this event.

8.2. If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with Fair Cultures, someone else from the same organisation/company.

8.3. Transfer requests are available up to 48 hours prior to event start times.

8.4. Contact contact@faircultures.com for transfer requests, which can only be submitted in writing.

8.5. All transfer requests must be submitted with the subject: Transfer Fair Cultures [name of event].

8.6. In the event that Fair events are rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be transferred to a subsequent event.

8.7. No cash refunds will be provided except in circumstances detailed in section 7.1.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, specifically those applicable in Barcelona, Catalonia.

9.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.

10. Severability

10.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified, rewritten or interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
