Marina Carrillo Girona is a global Talent Acquisition leader with over a decade of experience building recruitment functions across complex, fast-growing organisations.

As Global Corporate Head of Talent Acquisition at Mantu, she leads the function across Corporate and IT, shaping global talent strategy, overseeing recruitment operations across regions and aligning workforce plans with the organisation’s long-term growth. She works closely with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs and strengthen recruitment through AI-enabled tools and data-driven approaches to sourcing, assessment and selection.

Before joining Mantu, Marina led Technology and Corporate recruitment at Glovo during a period of rapid international expansion. She previously spent more than eight years at King, progressing from Recruitment Coordinator to Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe.
