Charleen Parkes is the MC of FAIR Barcelona 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand and large-scale change to the stage.

A seasoned global leader, storyteller and facilitator, Charleen has worked across EdTech, travel technology and transformation, including leadership roles at SITA and Learnship. Her work has consistently focused on the same question: how do organisations communicate in a way that builds trust, connection and real engagement?

As the voice guiding FAIR through the day, Charleen will connect the conversations, challenge the room, draw out the threads between sessions and keep the energy moving across a packed programme of ideas, debate and exchange.

Alongside her corporate career, she is also the founder of Travel & Lust and Heard, bringing an additional lens on culture, inclusion, storytelling and belonging.
