Dr. Christine Jakobson is an ethicist, strategist, and executive coach whose work focuses on leadership, judgment, and decision-making in moments of complexity and change. With a PhD in moral philosophy from the University of Cambridge, she brings rigorous ethical reasoning into boardrooms, leadership teams, and conversations about the future of organisations and technology.

She currently serves as Associate Strategy Director at BCG BrightHouse, where she works with global leaders at the intersection of strategy, culture, and purpose. Previously, she was Principal at Principia Advisory, advising Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations on ethical leadership, organisational culture, and the societal impact of emerging technologies, including AI.

Christine’s work is grounded in a belief that ethics is not simply about rules or compliance, but about the quality of judgment people bring when situations become uncertain, pressured, or difficult.
