Dr. Nilima Gandhi is an HR leader, researcher, and talent strategist focused on the intersection of workforce transformation, leadership, and employee experience. Currently Head of People at Merantix Momentum and based in Germany, she combines AI-driven HR analytics with human-centred organisational design to help companies build stronger cultures, more intentional hiring practices, and more sustainable growth.

Over the past 15 years, Nilima has led talent acquisition and HR transformation initiatives across Europe, India, and the Middle East, with experience spanning organisations including Accenture, SIGNA Sports United, and Project44. Her work focuses on helping organisations move from reactive hiring toward strategic workforce planning, while improving onboarding, leadership effectiveness, and long-term employee engagement.

Alongside her operational work, Nilima brings a deeply personal perspective to conversations around career reinvention, migration, and belonging.
