Originally from Italy and now based in Spain, Erica brings more than 11 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with much of her career spent in technology and high-growth environments. Before joining Back Market, she held reward leadership roles at H&M Group, Stuart and Hotelbeds, working across compensation, benefits, mobility and broader Total Rewards frameworks.

Her work sits at the intersection of fairness, competitiveness and employee experience. She is particularly interested in how organisations can design reward systems that support business growth while remaining aligned with culture, values and what employees genuinely need.
