Ernest Abella is User Experience Senior Manager at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM, where he works at the intersection of inclusive design, accessibility and digital experience.

With more than 18 years at NTT DATA and Everis, Ernest has built a career around designing better, more usable and more human digital experiences. His work is grounded in a clear belief: accessibility should not be treated only as a regulatory requirement, but as a way of designing products, services and experiences that take all people into account from the beginning.

He recently contributed to NTT DATA’s Inclusive Digital Experience methodology, recognised by DEC Selección 2026, reinforcing the idea that inclusion needs to be embedded into how companies design, build and evaluate digital services. Alongside his work at NTT DATA, Ernest is also Coordinator of the Master in User Experience at La Salle BCN, where he supports the next generation of UX professionals in connecting design, technology and human needs.

His perspective brings an important lens to the future of work conversation: when we design for difference, we often design better systems for everyone.
