Guillem Daniel is co-founder of Verbalima and a linguist by training who sees language as one of the most powerful technologies inside any organisation.

Fluent in five languages, he has spent the past seven years working with executives, HR leaders and L&D teams across Europe, contributing to the development of more than 7,000 people across industries and cultures.

At Verbalima, Guillem sits at the intersection of facilitation, learning design, brand and organisational vision. He designs strategic offsites and leadership experiences, develops facilitators and explores the relationship between the words organisations use, the values they claim and the behaviours people experience every day.
