At Campari, Ivan has been leading cross-functional AI and HR technology initiatives across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Learning & Development. His portfolio includes employee-facing conversational agents, SAP Joule deployment, HR service automation, and Gioia4HR, an in-house application designed to support HR professionals across the function.

Before joining Campari, Ivan held senior Total Rewards, People Analytics, and HR Operations roles at organisations including VTB, Gazprom Neft, Heineken, and PepsiCo. This background gives him a rare perspective on how people technology can support both operational excellence and more strategic workforce decision-making.
