Kseniia Slobodskaia is a Global HR Director at Semrush, now part of ADOBE with more than 14 years of experience leading people strategy, organisational development, and business transformation across international technology companies. Based in Barcelona, she partners with executive teams across Europe, the Americas, and APAC, helping organisations scale while building high-performing, future-ready cultures.

With a career that began in journalism and media, Kseniia brings a distinctive perspective to leadership. 

Before transitioning into HR, she earned national recognition for her documentary work, developing a deep understanding of storytelling, communication, and human behaviour that continues to influence her approach to organisational change. Today, her work focuses on the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and people management. She is particularly interested in People Analytics, Talent Intelligence, and the future role of HR leaders in increasingly technology-driven organisations. 

Through hands-on experimentation with AI tools, automation, and custom-built workflows, she explores how HR teams can become more strategic, data-informed, and impactful.
