Luis Morago is Senior Director of Campaigns Team Learning and Development at Avaaz, the global citizen movement. With a background in law, he has spent nearly three decades working across crisis response, campaigning and social change, advancing causes including justice, climate action and democracy with organisations such as ActionAid, Oxfam and Avaaz.

Today, his work focuses on helping leaders and teams create the conditions to reflect, learn and grow together, bringing the human side of leadership and organisational development into environments shaped by complexity, urgency and change.
