Maria Soler España is a global leadership and learning executive working at the sharp end of one of today’s biggest organisational challenges: how to lead when the environment has changed faster than leadership habits have. 

With almost 20 years of experience across Roche, Diageo and Accenture, Maria has designed and implemented leadership and learning strategies from inside complex multinational organisations. At Roche, she leads the Leadership and People Capability agenda across Pharma International, supporting more than 10,000 employees in 90 countries.

Her work focuses on closing the gap between the leadership organisations have and the leadership their context now demands, bringing together executive development, organisational learning, capability building and AI-enabled learning. A graduate of programmes at MIT, IE Business School and King’s College London, Maria is also a speaker and faculty member, known for translating complexity into practical leadership shifts that can improve performance at scale.
