Marta López is a senior People and Culture leader with experience helping international organisations scale, transform and strengthen their leadership foundations. 

Her career includes leadership roles at Scopely, Ocado Group and OLX Group, across gaming, technology and marketplace businesses.She has partnered with executive teams through organisational transformation, M&A, leadership development, DEI and wellbeing across multiple countries and business environments. 

Her experience spans high-growth companies and organisations with thousands of employees, giving her a grounded perspective on how culture, leadership and people practices need to evolve as businesses become more complex.A central theme in Marta’s work is the gap between what organisations say they want to create and what employees actually experience every day. 

She believes People teams can provide the frameworks, insight and challenge, but that culture is ultimately built through leadership behaviour, organisational choices and the consistency between the two.Her approach combines commercial judgement, empathy and hands-on experience of navigating complexity, helping leaders turn values and ambition into ways of working that people can actually feel.
