Martina Ercoli is a Wellbeing Program Manager, Mental Health First Aider and Transformative Coach in training, with over 15 years of experience across pharma and technology.

Currently at NVIDIA, she leads wellbeing programmes across EMEA, designing data-informed initiatives that help embed wellbeing into the way complex, global organisations actually operate. Her work brings together organisational wellbeing, inclusive culture and behavioural neuroscience, with a focus on making wellbeing a genuine driver of performance, resilience and sustainable work.

Martina has previously held senior roles at Amazon Web Services and Meta, where she worked across Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, leadership development and culture change. With an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London, alongside a background in Philosophy and HR, she brings both scientific rigour and deep human insight to the future of work conversation.
