Maxine Buttigieg is a community consultant, facilitator and edupreneur with a background in psychology, education and Learning & Development.

As Chief Orchestrator at Verbalima, she works at the intersection of learning, community and leadership development, helping organisations create the conditions for leaders to learn from one another rather than in isolation. A central part of her work is designing internal leadership communities, from understanding what leaders need to shaping the formats, conversations and experiences that help those communities thrive.

Alongside Verbalima, Maxine is Global Hubs Lead at L&D Shakers, supporting 20 active communities around the world.

Her work is driven by the belief that some of the most powerful learning happens between people, through shared experience, challenge, reflection and connection.
