Mirna Bley is a Total Rewards leader with deep experience transforming complex compensation structures into clear, scalable, and human-centred frameworks.

After starting her career in HR generalist roles, Mirna built her foundational rewards expertise at Willis Towers Watson, where she worked on cutting-edge compensation frameworks before moving into corporate leadership. 

Today, she leads the Total Rewards function at Delivery Hero, navigating complex international landscapes, supporting post-acquisition integrations, and designing modern reward solutions for a fast-moving global business.

Under her leadership, Delivery Hero is pioneering a “Rewards as Product” methodology, rethinking how reward solutions are designed, shipped, adopted, and experienced by stakeholders across the organisation.

With an academic background in Psychology, Behavioural Research, and Statistics, Mirna brings a rare ability to make data feel human. Known for demystifying complex compensation and organisational design topics, her colleagues at Delivery Hero affectionately named her enablement classes “Mirniversity.”
