Mitchell Davis works at the intersection of AI, organisational change, employee experience, and responsible technology adoption. Based in Barcelona, he is the founder of CosmoGraph, where he helps organisations translate AI ambition into practical, human-centred transformation strategies that employees can actually trust, adopt, and benefit from.

Before founding CosmoGraph, Mitchell spent nearly a decade at Autodesk leading global culture, change, and DEI strategic programmes across more than 40 countries. His work focused on leadership development, employee listening, accessibility, inclusion, responsible employee data practices, and helping organisations navigate large-scale transformation with empathy and clarity.

A former FAIR speaker and now one of this year’s stage moderators, Mitchell brings a thoughtful and grounded perspective to conversations around technology and leadership. He is particularly interested in how AI and innovation can become more human, more trusted, and more equitable, and why inclusion must be treated not as a side conversation, but as a leadership responsibility that shapes the future of work for everyone.
