Nauman is Director of People Growth & Development at Vinted, where he leads work across performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and the people practices needed to support an organisation at scale.

His career began in Talent Acquisition before expanding into broader people and organisational development. At EPAM Systems, he supported the company through a period of rapid global growth, helping build and strengthen core processes across talent management, onboarding, performance, and stakeholder capability. He later joined Booking.com, working at the intersection of talent, organisational effectiveness, and people process transformation.

Across his work, Nauman brings a practical perspective on what it takes to translate people strategy into systems that leaders and teams can actually use. An experienced international speaker, he has contributed to RecFest, Evolve Summit, the TA Conference in Lisbon, and the TA Summit in Bogotá, with upcoming appearances at HRSE Dubai and the HR Connect Summit in London.
