Oana Iordachescu is the founder and curator of FAIR, Barcelona's European conference on work, people, and technology.

Before founding FAIR, Oana spent over fifteen years building and leading global talent teams at companies including Booking.com, Facebook, Criteo, and Wayfair, working across hypergrowth and established platforms at the intersection of talent acquisition, organisational scale,  DEI and the shifting nature of work. That experience shaped her conviction that conversations about the future of work need to be practitioner-led, intellectually honest, and anchored in fairness and access to opportunity..

She founded FAIR to build exactly that kind of room- senior HR, talent, and people leaders talking openly about fairness, technology, and what good work actually looks like. As host of this year's opening ceremony, Oana sets the tone for the day she's spent the better part of a year building.
