Rareș Voicu has spent the past decade advocating for meaningful youth participation across Europe, beginning his work in the field at just 15 years old. As the former President of the European Youth Forum, he has worked at the intersection of youth rights, democracy, education, and civic engagement, helping amplify the voices of young people in European decision-making spaces.

Across local, national, and international organisations, Rareș has led initiatives focused on participation, representation, and access to opportunity. Alongside his work with the European Youth Forum, he has contributed to youth and adolescent engagement initiatives with UNICEF and supported European policy conversations around education and democratic participation.

His work is rooted in a simple but urgent idea: young people should not only inherit the future of work and society, but actively help shape it.
