Across European technology companies including Wolt, Glovo, Taxfix and Statista, Salem has worked at the intersection of executive search, embedded talent and organisational scale. His perspective goes beyond filling roles. He is particularly interested in the decisions underneath hiring: how companies identify the capabilities they are genuinely missing, build succession before it becomes a crisis, challenge the comfort of "culture fit", and avoid reproducing the same profiles and blind spots as they grow.
