Sam Ellis is Global Head of Engagement at Atos Group, leading the company’s global strategy for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, Wellbeing, and Internal Communications. Based in Valencia, he brings experience across technology, customer experience, communications, and people leadership roles spanning Europe and global markets.

A passionate advocate for workplace inclusion, Sam's work focuses on gender equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, neurodiversity, and building cultures where people can thrive. As a long-standing champion of employee engagement and belonging, he has helped shape workplace strategies that connect inclusion with organisational performance and growth.

Before moving into HR and employee experience, Sam built a successful career in customer experience and service transformation, becoming a recognised speaker on leadership, culture, and engagement.
