Before Shapes, Shirley spent nearly eight years at monday.com, joining as the company's first-ever product manager when it was just 30 people. She went on to lead Product as Director of Product Management and Head of Work Management, helping scale the company to over 3,000 employees, $1B in ARR, and a successful IPO - a front-row seat to what breaks, and what holds, when people systems meet real hypergrowth.

That experience became the founding insight behind Shapes: in today's AI era, the world changes by the minute, and the stakes are high - sink or swim, with no in-between. Most HR platforms haven't kept pace. Shirley is a leading voice for a new kind of people leader: part product thinker, part AI-native builder, fully business-centered.
