Everyone talks about skills-based hiring. The harder part is knowing whether someone actually has the skills you need, and assessing them in a way that is relevant, consistent and fair.

In this practical workshop, Catalina and Skillview will introduce a joint framework for thinking more clearly about skills assessment: what should be assessed, how close the assessment should be to the real work, and how organisations can move beyond CV signals, self-reported capability and generic testing.
