Technology can help us understand which skills are changing, and open new pathways to learning. But what makes people want to take those paths? What gives us the courage to try something unfamiliar, speak honestly, and invest ourselves in a future we cannot fully see?

Drawing on work with campaigners and movements for social change, this closing session explores the conditions behind learning, adaptability and high-performing teams: purpose, agency, belonging and the feeling that our work contributes to something beyond the next metric.
