This practical workshop invites participants to critically analyze how AI is shaping HR and people-management decisions. Together, we will explore risks around bias, fairness, inclusion, compliance, transparency and accountability, and discuss how organisations can respond to the specific challenges AI creates when trying to implement it ethically and fairly from a social justice perspective.
