technology. 

 

In 2020, she founded Aubilities, an organisation dedicated to helping companies support neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. Inspired by her personal journey as a parent of an autistic child, Aubilities operates under the guiding motto: “For all abilities.” Ritu also served as a Director at Resources for Autism, a UK charity supporting autistic children and their families, and is committed to creating meaningful, accessible pathways for neurodivergent people in both corporate and educational settings. 

 

Her thought leadership includes internally published articles reaching over 10,000 employees worldwide, academic reviews on autism research, and speaking engagements in both corporate environments and SEN schools. She has been featured in Autism Eye magazine, HR Leaders Podcast, and is currently preparing
